Return & Refund Policy

Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of products from Standard Trikes via the Site, unless a different return policy is clearly presented at the time of sale.
Returns Eligible
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition and packaging (unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly). Custom builds or heavily used test/demo units may be excluded — see section 5.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact
support@standardtrikes.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as you are responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
Exclusions & Fees
Certain items may not be eligible for return or may incur restocking fees:
Custom-built or modified trikes built per customer specifications;
Products that show signs of use beyond normal inspection;
Free gifts or accessories included with the purchase unless defective.
A restocking fee of [insert %] may apply in such cases.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of acceptance and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs (initial outbound) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The “11/15/2025” at the top will reflect the revision.
