Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the standardtrikes.com website (the “Site”) or purchasing products from Standard Trikes, you (“you,” “Customer,” “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services or products. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase from us.

Orders and Products
Product Descriptions & Pricing – We endeavour to present accurate descriptions and pricing of our drift trikes and accessories. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are discovered.
Order Acceptance – Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at our discretion to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment & Shipping – Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the methods listed on the Site. Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times will be indicated during checkout.
Title & Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds – If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our
Return Policy. Returns must meet specified conditions.
